Been a awhile but I have a new question. I searched but couldn't find an answer. I found a Q9550 for $328 and wanted to know if it'd be worth it to use with the p5 w dh or should I just build a new system. Is it a hassle to fine tune the quad cpus with this board?
The board is going strong but I have noticed a lot more slow downs when multitaksing with Office 07, Photoshop, Browser and a Music running at the same time. If I have a folder with my photos and it set to Thumbnails it really messes with video performane or audio sound. I figured a new processor and change the RAM timings may fix it.
