Dual MCP655 is pushing for the average OC'er. I run double pumps too but I've got them both turned down to P3.1± to keep them silent (they're external). The main reason I went with dual pumps was the same reason I have 320 Gb of RAID1.

I'm looking forward to playing with this same set-up - 9950BE and the M3A78-T w/DDR2-1066 RAM (for the first time!). It's all here in the boxes but I'm kinda' busy at home this weekend - just enough time to stop in for a browse then back to the Honey-Do's ...
