I don't see the point in 2 PCI-E 16x slots, blocks off the PCI-E 1x slot and the PCI slot. Npbdy wants single slot coolers these days, they can't cut it. Would of made much more sence to have 1 16x slot, leave a space then the PCI-E 1x slot and PCI slot. [sarcasm] well done on the layout DFI

It's funny how a manufacturer like DFI that so clearly turns to the hard core OC'er with a plethora of bios settings and external cmos switch, releases a MB that is crippled with a 8x pci-e. You can tweak it in absurdum to gain a few extra MHz, but when it comes to the pci-e and gfx "little to no loss" is apparantely close enough. The performance loss will ofcourse be even more evident when next generation gfx's is out. It is simply beyond me.

how's this board treating you guys? i'm kinda loss with the vcore...instead of the usual, it just says special add...
I'm still working on this board as well. I definitely need to read up on clocking the 45nm CPUS as well as delve deep into the bios settings. Once I go watercooling with my SFF case, I'll really push my processor and such
anybody got bios settings on this board?
