Ok the paste from OCZ is pretty decent stuff if applied right.
Now knowing your VID is 1.25 is good a little lower then mine .. so 1.4v 65C max is ok in ten min, but watch it as in about 30 min to 1 hour into prime it shall rise a little.. and that will be the true temp MAX.. not ten min.
Check temps within the first hour.... and if stable and temps still around 65C max let her run for a minimum of 12 hours or unless it fails before then.. 
Now with that lower VID you may get away with 1.38v-1.39v 100% STABLE
