guys here is a tip I was told
maybe the issue with some of your guys runs

    a tip for cf/cfx
always always as soon as you boot to windows before you use amdoctool ;( always start say am3 to inilizize 3d dispaly driver for 3d on EACH CORE
then exit am3 right away 'or let it finish if your not straped for time'
then and only then set card clocks for 1-2-3-4 cores

I bel this was the prob with some variations in 03 and so on wiht the 3870x2s in cfx

so like i said post to windows
run a quick am3 or run 01 nature 'any 3d' then exit asap and then set all clocks and every 3d with cfx/cf will have the RIGHT #'s everytime

thanks, i have noticed that even if I set the clocks in CCC, GPU-Z doesnt pick them up.

Hopefully new drivers and a new rivatuner will sort the problem out !

    amazing, unbelievable!!!

Remember, the rampage extreme allows for "on-the-fly" CPU boost during the benchmarks. It can be boosted during more GPU-intensive tests, which is probably why he got that high of a score at only 4.9 GHz.

Anyways, I'm surprised that it can actually do 4.9 on air using only 1.46v, is that correct? What was the load temp with nirvana?

Right now, you are the man. I can't imagine what it will do if you can hit 1000MHz on that GDDR5
