People are saying that the digital pwm is good for quad cores, but my multiplier is maxed at 8 with my Q9450 so I need some FSB out of it as well.

    Really impressive being on air!!
    what was the ambient temperature?
is that the new stepping for the 8600?

I do not want to buy another processor before Nehalem.
If we are realistic and talk about 4.5GHz on a dual core, would that beat 3.8Ghz quad core on gaming performance?

what would be the graphics performance difference between the p45's new PCIe 2.0 and your p35's PCIe? (I will be using a 4870x2)

Even though you did 550 here and 500 with 4x1 memory, can't the fsb limit of a motherboard be totally different with a quad core?
It probably should not be the processor to be blamed everytime.

    a quad will limit fsb
4.6ghz is easy with new stepping 1.38v
i doubt a quad is even close games dont need no quad in my opinion
anything below 500fsb is totaly useless to me so ...
