What is your new tool, I'm not following . DMM? The GTL will differ for all of us, different power supplies make to biggest difference. 110v or 230v wall socket will also make a difference. There are two ways you can go, trail & error or DMM. You should be alright with GTL disabled but you aren't, get rid of that PSU or do basic troubleshooting and use common sense. Also, ppl posting those number tables is total b*ll in my opinion , doesn't help just complicates things, unless we all had identical components under same conditions.
