Nehalem is 13.5mm x 19.6mm so the 23mm step will work perfectly... Now if Intel moves to a dual slug Nehalem, much like Kent, the 2 dies would likely occupy 19.6mm x 28.5 mm or so in which case the 23mm step would be a bit too small. It would likely still work pretty well though but ideally a dual slug Neha step would need to be somewhere in the area of 29mm sq or so.

Thanks!! Ahh..the facts...looks like the 23mm square will be just fine for Nehalem then..

I really like stepping, and planning to fire up the mill shortly to start stepping a few of them that don't have bowing opportunities and see what I get.

If anyone catches wind of where you can buy one of these let me know. I'd like to include it in my roundup...
