Just got thru compiling my results. Gabe and Stephen at Swiftech are looking over them. Once they verify accuracy, I'll post the results. Thanks God this is over, I've had a blast, but I'm exhausted 18 hrs a day between full time job and 7 straight days of testing.

If I say something it's honest. I make a 6 figure salery, and could get 100 blocks here tomorrow with a single click of the mouse, throw them in the trash, and it wouldn't effect my financial well being in the least. So I have no reason to miss represent something at all.

This is the dumbest statement i've ever seen on this forum. I don't make 6 figures? I guess that further proves i'm not worthy of a GTZ?

My point is, the string on that block must be tight if you need to have them review your findings instead of just letting everyone know. I should just buy one and post an HONEST review myself, but since I don't make 6 figures I guess I can't afford to do so.

To the others here, who I know and consider friends.
There's been some things said here that shouldn't have been.
Came across even to me who knows you as not exactly friendly.
Shall we say that this was said due to excitement over wanting to see results and bury this?
Some honest advice here:
Never,Never,Never write in anger. I've made that mistake a few times and lived to regret it.
Never let the little things in life such as a hobby get in the way of the more important things such as friendships.
It just isn't worth it and what are we talking about realistically?
If one waterblock runs at 1-2C hotter than another?
In day to day use what damned difference does it make unless your system is at the absolute limits of it's cooling and then realistically you should probably have a bigger radiator or add another or increase the fans cabability to whisk away that heat.
I'm not expert here, far from it, but losing friendships over this is just plain dumb.
Now I'm going to say this and hopefully the people involved don't get their panties in a bunch over it but there's two people here that I beleive owe Andy an apology.
He's too good a guy for the treatment he got here tonight.

If gabe know that we want a independent review, he should not have strings attached when sending review samples However, since we don't know what Andy, Martin and Scott agreed with them, we cannot comment about that

I'm not with the norm here, to me 1-2°C isn't enough difference to pull my rig apart and buy a new $70 block. Hell, I am still running an apogee GT with a Dtek FuZion v1 still sitting in the box. Many of the reviews i've seen place the Apogee GT near the performance of the V1 FuZion so it just isn't worth it to me.

They are checking my sheet that I used to compile the results for any errors. Or to check for abnormalities. It's a common courtesy and practice. It's the first block or any piece of gear that I didn't pay for out of pocket that I've tested. So I have 0 tolerance for any implication that I would some "sugar coat" or miss represent something just because I received a smaple, ot tested a prototype.

I'll put it to you another way. Gabe at Swiftech cares about the results and how it competes against the EK and D-TEK. I'm sure Danny at D-TEK and Eddie at EK do, but I could care less either way. I have no vested interest in how the block or any other one performs. I only have a vested interest in the way I test, and the acurate posting of those results. Which I've done each and everytime to the best of my ability.

There's already been several references to someone, somehow cooking the numbers or giving less than acurate information. It's uncalled for, period. So yeah, I get pretty pissed one someone points something like that my way, andI have a right to get pissed.

I'll say it one more time. It's a hobby, there's no motive to treat it otherwise.

Guys, let's think for a second : Everyone know Andy did the testing so if Gabe say the results cannot be posted, everyone will know it's fishy and just with that, Swiftech will lose the sales for sure due to the attempt to witthold the results.
