You should look at OCZ forum there are some stickies written by Tony with advise on how to get 4gb stable and how to set up the P5E3-Premium.
You shold set the NB voltage manually. When you want to run your memory (2x1Gb) at 1800Mhz it needs about 1.6 - 1.65v. I run mine at 1780Mhz with 1.65v stable.I manage to stabilize my system (FINALLY) by reducing ram clock speed from 1800Mhz to 1600Mhz with pretty good timings (7-7-7-21-1N) and FSB 400 (multiplier 9.0). The only other things changed are DRAM READ and WRITE CONTROL (both disabled), LLC (Normal) and SPECTRUMS (both disabled). Vcore is set to 1.360V (CPU-Z reading - in BIOS IS two or three clicks more) and Vram is set to 1.8V (stock voltage was 1.9V with 8-7-6-21). The rest left in AUTO.
