Intel Core 2 Duo E2140/E2160 Overclocking Results

I've bought an E2140 from a friend six months ago. The cpu is L2 stepping - SLA3J. It's not very good clocker because it has FSB Wall at 415-420mhz . For now I've reached 3ghz at stock vlotage ( VID 1.3V ). CPUZ shows 1.28V idle and 1.265V load:

I just don't know which program for monitoring to trust. They all show different readings, and also have very big differences. My cooler is very bad, worse than the stock intel cooler - ICT-D925R-GP.
What do you think, can i use it at 3ghz with these temps? Those temps were in May, now they will be 6-7*C higher.
PS. I'm using the cpu at 333*8 @ 1.15V now.
