    Yes, it will play it. How? I want 24xCFAA+16xAF at 2560x1600, and I want minimum frame rates to be always 100+. And I want that in every single game.

    You'll ALWAYS need more graphics muscle. Saying x card is enough is stupid. A given graphics card is NEVER enough.
