well here is my first attempt past 3.1.. which I had recently had to take down to 2.8 on my K9A2 with the exact same parts...Oh. yes It lives MuaHahahaha.....I found 3 chokes had cold soldier joints..,.Check these if you get this board... any who.. here is the screenie. notice barely any voltage has this going.. I was NEVER ever able to get 3.2 even set, period, even just a moment ago when I had my Plat hooked back up with the H20 running...
