It is what the processor needs to run at stock. If you're setting anything lower, it isn't 100% stable. And don't say blah blah hours of Prime 95 means stable... It's only a guideline, not definite answer.

AND, there are no "L9" Q9450s...
Batch numbers go L807 as in 2008, Production week 07.
