Also I keep forgetting that's not a C1 right? Still, most of the warning posts I've read about vtt degrading chips have set an upper limit in the 1.4v area I think, but I can certainly understand being cautious with an expensive cpu like that. You may want to try and find those warning posts and find out.
edit: I still think with some more effort you'll get your 450fsb from that eventually
