    i know that but the black series was supposed to be there oc'ing series and i find no chipset volts as a major let down...

    I doubt you will need chipset voltage

    if you plan to use the onboard vga and want to have some fun oc'ing it then yea you do if you don't plan to use that part of the board at all why would you get a GX?

    They have had "high end" boards in the past which came in shiny shiny boxes but were still low quality parts. I have no issue with ECS if you want bargin basement, but I would not trust them to make a product where quality control mattered.

    haha no kidding last ECS mobo i used was the P4M800pro M which quite simply sucked but hey it oc'd a celeron 351 up to 4.2ghz and is still sitting there with that celly runnign 4.2ghz stable

    ECS SUCKS PERIOD !!!!!! I would not run one of those boards even if it were given to me and right in the trash it would go!!

    What is the pricing going to be on these 790GX boards? Hopefully these will slide in at the ~$100 price point because right now to get a decent board capable of handling an overclocked Phenom requires you to spend $150+.

    Are these boards going to have a solid PWM section? I know after my experience with a 770 board that is something extremely important when it comes to overclocking Phenoms.
