I think they've got a new card up their sleeves
Big Bang II
* 75 trillion transistors
* 5400mm^2 Die size
* 1 megawatt TDP
* requires 10 8 pin connectors and a 24pin ATX connector and a solar panel
* The PCB is made from children's tears and endangered whales
I can't wait!
E8400 @ 4GHz (500x8)
MSI P35 Neo2 FR
4GB Patriot PC6400 (5-5-5-15 @ 1000MHz)
Sapphire 4870 (w/ AC Accelero S1)
Corsair HX620W (Sleeved UV Green)
1.1TB of storage (Raptor, 7200.10, F1)
What kinda driver optimisations that this Big Bang II implies ? It's the interesting part for me.
how bout another price cut ?![]()

What could be bigger than the SLI launch really? I sense a massive fail :/ lets wait and see I guess...
Nvidia's BBII is when all the G84/G86 chips simultaneously combust on that day causing a meltdown worse than Chernobyl and forever changing life as we know it.
Nice (putting on stalker suit)
Intel is like Egypt in Rome:total war
What is this ? The Perkam Police or something
I don't quite understand the Big Bang II stuff as people seem to be mistaking it for other updates in Q4.
As far as I know though, D11U (GT 300) was originally scheduled for 2009 launch according to Nvidia's older roadmaps.
