Try running Memtest for Windows, or regular memtest and your current OC'ed settings and see if the memory throws any errors. Altough OCCT should catch memory errors pretty quickly. That FSB is not high by the way, it's ok.

If memtest throws no errors then you could maybe try to increase the NB voltage a bit and see if it helps.
