Hmm. This is weird. Check the VID reported by CoreTemp 0.99 compared to the ones of CoreTemp 0.99.1 and Real Temp.

1.0750v VID would explain the high temperatures i'm getting with 1.32v. 1.32v on 1.0750 VID is like running ~1.45v on a regular 1.1875-1.2v VID E8500. You might want to check your VID with 0.99 also zfactor
