Cincyrob has a Hyper TX2 heatsink fan which is greatly different from the Hyper 212. I did a built for someone & used the Hyper TX2 which was adequate since there was no overclocking.

I have the Hyper 212 which cools my overclocked E8400 with low temps. When I do video encoding the temp will rise to 28c-32c. This is without the air conditioner running in my pc room. IMHO it's a great heatsink fan.
I'm in Honolulu, Hawaii with the temp today at 90 degrees F.
