Sorry to say, but the shooting was done on my desktop. Two daylight lamps pointing to a wall reflecting the light on to the object ... turning the case brought it into a position where these wonderful reflections happened. It was gorgeous, because it was like this for real - my girl and me stared at it and got goosebumps . Out of 400 photos just 20 came out good - all depending on the light reflections. The cam is a Sony R1 with fixed lense. Like I say ... it was done on my desktop and I just had luck Photoshop just reduced a little greenish tone that comes out of the cam and 3-5 dust particles. I have RAWs of it.
