I unplug my G15 keyboard and my G5 mouse and plug in my P/S2 mouse and keyboard it booted into setup it said F5 bios but when I pressed F8 to setup my raid it shut off and now I can't get to work again.

now...why isn't the 2nd bios cutting in???

EDIT:...according to page 70 of the manual...when the board fails to post because of a corrupted or damaged 1st bios, the 2nd bios is suppose to take over...so...if it doesn't do that then the board is defective.

got it to boot ? hmm wonder if we got a big under volt here on cpu or memory, that could explain why you got it to boot 1 time.

i had the same symptoms when i crossflashed my maximus extreme , the cpu was very under volted , system booted up every 20 tune or so.

I searched half the night the other night for a way to force it to cut in manually.

Unfortunately, being the weekend I still haven't heard from anyone. I've sent 2 emails as well as an rma request. lolOl I'm still finding it hard to grasp the moose situation. Knowingly flashing a bad file? Who does that and why?

I think we could have helped him sort the net adaptor problem.

Don't worry about my board I knew that this could happen but I did it anyway I'll RMA it and use my other computers until then.
