Just tried bumping my northbridge up to 1.39, and then 1.43. Didn't have any effect. But it was a good suggestion. It's what I was suspecting too.

It may however, be an issue with the newest drivers for either the Realtek or the Marvell network controller. Testing that now. I've disabled them both and am just restarting over and over. Hard to prove a negative, but I'm hopeful that I'll be able to restart 15-20 times without the BSOD. Haven't been able to do more than ten at a time without one.
