The Mobo CPU version is softer most of the time
My Odin is on RMA so I can't say if it is the psu. I don't think heat is an issue with 1.575V i had ~65°C running prime95 at 3.2GHz (failed after a minute).
The system powered off and booted again, after overheating poweroff the system stays off i think.
