measure the resistance across the resistor before you pencil it. also measure the gpu voltage before pencil modding
then pencil it, yes it's the one in the middle (assuming you refer to gpu voltage mod pencil), exactly where the pencil tip is pointing
after you pencil'd measure resistance again, it should be lower. if not you didnt pencil right.

if you still get the same voltage even though the resistance across the resistor changed then let me know so i can investigate myself

and dont use caps it hurts the eyes
