It does not respond to voltage over 1.350 and Riva/EVGA Precision cannot clock it over 800 mhz. Only way to get higher is by using Nibitor and flashing a BIOS.

If you use Rivatuner 2.09, try to unlink core/shaderclocks, and altough it shouldnt matter, up your shaderclock a bit and see if core will go over 800.
Somehow those shaders lock the max core clock.
