there is a new version of RBE that are able to modify fan speed for 4850 and the 3d voltage??

I've a gigabyte 4850 with asus bios (for use smart doctor to control the fan) but my card with stock voltage can be overclocked only up to 675/1050, so I want to do pencil mod and then overclock my card up to 725/1050 or 750/1050. But I'm not able to use an hex editor so I need RBE...
