I'm not sure if this will help as none of the guys with Corsair memory posted here, but I would like to share some of the settings, and screenshots I used to run 2x2GB at DDR3-1600+ with our Samsung based 4GB kit - TW3X4G1800C8DF.

First up, all default latencies nad memory settings - Performance Level @ PL=Auto (8) and Clock Twister @ Auto. This is with 0702 BIOS:

P5Q3 Deluxe, C2D E8500 @ 400FSB / DDR3-1600 CL7 @ 1.80v - 0702 BIOS
This is TW3X4G1800C8DF based on Samsung ICs - 2 x 2GB DDR3-1800 8-8-8-24
