Yeah I'm quoting BIOS settings.

Setting PLL above the lowest 1.5v setting is a necessity for clocking the Q9450. 1.6v real may be advised limit by some people, but that may be as low as the 1.5v BIOS setting, and you'll not get over maybe 3.5ghz on that.
