i've tested two different bios files so far F4a and F4f and i cannot get the board stable at 500MHz FSB

Try the F3a.
Use D2.66 devider.
Give only more Vdimm and Vcore.
Dont play with clock screw - Or we dident get anything out of it.

That should give you +600 fsb superpi stable.
