Hi Guys,

New to the forums. But not new to building and OCing rigs.

My SIIE is on the UPS truck and headed to me now. I'm hoping I'll be one of the guys giving help here rather than needing it.

I do intend to immediately replace the thermal interface on the chipset and mosfet heatsinks with AS Ceramique. I've only done that once before so any tips would be appreciated. In this particular board's case would I want to use a bit more than I usually use on a CPU just to ensure good contact or do the heatsinks already sit well on the NB and SB (etc.)?

slim, I've been reading your posts on various forums. . . and I'm pulling for you! Though, honestly, I'd redirect my attention fully to that inability to install ethernet drivers. If that persists even after an OS wipe, I think you're looking at a hardware fault.
