For starters that vid card is way underpowered for that 24" screen. With an extra $500 in the budget you should have gone for an 8800GT at least, given that you have a SLi board even two of them. Also, please tell me that PSU is a Toughpower model. Other than that your build looks reasonably clean and well cable-managed, good stuff
