Thanks guys.
I'm in the process of preparing a big update for murderbox.com and will have all new images for the gallery (not to mention a more conventional options page). At that time I'll have large pics available.
GameGuru, your Chromed out 832 Stacker is amazing! Your workshop however, gave me seizures.![]()
I'm such a clean freak that I practically work with a shop vac hose in one hand all the time - I actually vacuum while cutting/drilling! Anyway, to answer your question; I'm using the Feser Orange. In the photos I have a white reflector in front of the case that helps the orange to "pop". To the eye, at some angles the color is not great - like you say, it's got a greenish tint. With UV cold cathodes it's pretty reactive - not as much as the UV green to be sure. I will say that the Feser orange looks amazing against white. If I ever build an all white murderbox, for sure it'll have orange coolant.
We don't even have that stuff here in Canada!
Project Update: I got the Acrylic top piece but wasn't happy. As I was afraid, there wasn't enough material to to stop the cutouts from sagging. I've had to modify the design and have resubmitted it to the laser jet cutter. I've got a better feeling about rev.02 - pics to follow.
Waiting on the Nickel blocks - hope to get them Friday as planned. This means no new pics of Fried Chicken's murderbox today. Instead, here's a wider view of the oran...err... fanta flavored murderbox from the other day.
