imo coldbug in K10 is the same as in K8. Lower temperature mean lower HTT, but CPU can work with higher MHz. If you have unlocked multiplier you can reduce temperature and set higher multiplier to make up waste of max HTT MHz.
~60*C = 3600 MHz
~40*C = 3700 MHz
Phenom 9850 BE = unlocked multiplier up to 25x
