GTX 280 = D10U

GTX 280 is on June 17th, 9900 GTX is later on.

So correct me if I'm wrong but the 9900 series card and the 280/260 series card are 2 different and not the same? 9900 series a refresh of 8800 series card that just runs and oc higher? the 280/260 is the new different gen? the 280/260 coming out on 17th of June and 9900 in July? I'm totally confused...
