I'm not sure if you fired the board up already but make sure you get some cooling for this EXACT area as well.
It gets BURNING hot.. also theres probably no need for a fan on the HR. The blank sink does a great job already..
I also put my finger on the spots that you designated on the picture with the red squares
it really doesn't get hot at all, no need to even sink them... and this is while i'm going through a NYC heatwave..
