Much! Keep tightening those timings (and testing with your favorite RAM stability tester).
On another note, anyone have any idea how much voltage is safe to push to these sticks? I'm trying to push my FSB/RAM OC to the limit (have to use 1:1 ratio due to already high FSB for CPU OC), and I'm afraid to go over 2.2v for regular use. Is 2.2v safe, and if so, can I go any higher?
Also, it looks like you guys have higher tREF, but it dosn't seem that I can edit this in my BIOS, and MEMSET doesn't let me change anything!
Right now the highest I can get (using any ratio) is 536 (or DDR2 1072). I'd like, to get to 540 or higher, since I KNOW my E8400 will do 4.05GHz, but I want to see if it'll go any higher.
Right now = 7.5 x 536 = 4.02GHz
Here are the relevant voltages (I haven't tried to get these down at all yet, if possible):
DDR2: 2.2v
DDR2 Ref: +2%
MCH: 1.48v
ICHIO: 1.6v
ICH: 1.09
EnJoy - I'm hoping you especially can help me out regarding RAM & mobo voltages, since you have the abit IP35 Pro as well.
Here is my current OC with timings... I'd like to push this further:
