Why did you use so much alcohol? As you have undoubtedly already found out, too much will motivate less heat through the loop. You only want to add enough to keep it from freezing! Water is still the prime heat mover. All of this information is available here in these forums already. I suspect if you had done a little looking you would have come to this conclusion already. Please tell me you just had a lot of Iso on hand and you didn't go out and waste money on it.
Now i mixed more water and there is no icing signs... (%40 alcohol+%5 anticor+%55 distilled water)
