I've had the same problems with my Reapers on the K9A2 Charged. I'm no expert at ram timings either, but I have messed with them without any success.
At the very least you should be able to set them to the 1:2 (800) setting without any problems, that will get you back in the ballpark.
If your familiar with the 1.1B3 Bios and P-States you should be able to lower your NB/IMC multi to ~8 (HT Multi to 7) and clock your HT Ref up to 266 and get the ram up to 1066 speeds...
The 1.4 Bios is actually VERY stable, but I doubt you would be able to hit HT/266 due to the fact that your locked into 10x NB. Most 9850's won't handle a 2660 NB/IMC..
Heres a ss of what I've been using for the last week and it has proven to be VERY stable with the Ram at 1076.
