1.3125 is about as high as VIDs go for Q6600 G0s. For B3s, it's right about average, but keep in mind that very few B3s can run at 3.6ghz. As Aaron said, you'll need quite a bit of voltage to maintain 3.6ghz. While not impossible, you'll great cooling (i.e. water) to make it happen.
