How do I know thie memory is capable? because I"m getting data corruption-related bsods when I try to get into windows after the bootscreen; such as "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA"
    could still be the memory...

p5e3 dlx seems to be a good board

so whats the max for cas7 with the highest vdimm it still scales with? 1900?
sounds like those chips are surprisingly identical to micron chips...
maybe samsung reverse engineered the micron chips

Nice to finally see some 2x2 kits coming in higher than 1600MHz. Saaya, is Cellshock working on a product in this category as well?

I´ll think that every DDR3 manufacturer is working on it.

And an EVGA 790i as well Seems that S2E is the descendant of SE 680i ... What's up will all these problems, won't Asus bring out a new bios full of bug-fixes at last ... ?

i think they did... according to benchzowner their latest bios releases made his S2E rockstable even at huge speeds.

That makes me feel very good! That's what I'd like to hear more from end-users! Thanks, Broly! Did you purchase it at NCIX Canada?

On a side note, I would like to say that full potential of TW3X4G1800C8D can be currently reached on NVIDIA C73 based motherboards only. Intel X48 chipset based motherboards seem to have harder time driving 2 x 2GB configuration. We're working on figuring out if anything can be done on a BIOS tuning level to improve headroom above DDR3-1900, I mean rock-stable.

From our tests on eVGA 790i and Asus Striker II Extreme in the Lab, TW3X4G1800C8D is very capable product but I would like to leave it to guys like Broly and others who went out, purchased the kit, to share results of their OC'ing adventures.

Yessir, NCIX was my source. I'd like everyone to know, and I'm going to emphasize this, that this is NOT a review kit. I purchased this kit!

I am finishing my Enterprise server 08 install and I'm going to push the ram some more. I'm truly surprised at how great this ram is. It is something else...

    # bachus_anonym I had a hard time getting my kit of Corsair TW3X4G1800C8D stable at DDR1800 and was crying for your help at Corsair support forum ;-): http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/sh...d=1#post352186
Now I'am (almost) getting there but still struggle with my OC (not just because of memory maybe). Please take a look here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...188392&page=11 where another user has a Asus P5E64 WS Evolution and these memory. When you have news concerning BIOS tuning settings for X48 with this memory please let us know or if you already have some good advice for important settings. I you like I can post or PM detailed BIOS settings?
#Broly I have tried my TW3X4G1800C8D on a Asus SIIE (in fact on two) but I could not get any memory stable at DDR 1600 or above (tried 4 different kits and got an RMA on both MB) and bought the Evo.
I would like to ask if there are BIOS settings that are crucial for stability at and above DDR1800 (of course 2N).
I hopy you are not considering my post as hijack.

You are probably right if you have the time to find the one out of, say, ten boards that actually performs as promissed. I got enough after spending two months on two SIIE.
Which performance level (tRD) are you able to use on your board with these memory? Please keep us updated when you get a new CPU. I have not been able to get my sticks stable at 1840 MHz (FSB 460) but 1824 (FSB 456) is just fine 1T.
