ok im back have vista reloaaded with the vista tweaks i spoke of and cpu running 3ghz @ 1.45v didnt try to lower becuae well i dont want to foramt again.
NB @ 2.4ghz 1.4v HT @ 2ghz ram @ 1066 unganged 5-5-5-15-19 . idle is 45c-46c full load 54-55c.

the vista tweaks maybe some of you know of maybe some of you dont. turn off TMM and the other mobile-pc settings in vista and also turn off UAC. seems vista runs much better this way. the mobile settings make for a much longer boot time seeking multi monitors on boot and the other mobil setting is for turning on pre-set programs from sleep mode. worthless to me in a desktop enviroment. i also have the power setting set to performance. dont need sleep mode.

if your running a creative card after you update all the software and drivers goto msconfig start up tab and uncheck the dllml.exe. usualy 2 of them in start up that are not needed in start up. you will not loose any feature of your soundcard.
