producing a card like that shouldnt cost more than 225$ (gpu is damn expencive, costs nearly as much as the whole 9800 gtx card lol)
GT200 GPU for nvidia would cost below 100$. Its a high profit card. If it cost 500$ expect nVidia to put atleast 200$ in their pocket.
