Yeah I have noticed this bad behavior, My Gigabyte DQ6 didnt do this, it would hold default voltages until they were manualy set. I dont know the default voltages to begin with ,I dont have a starting platform so base any manual entries off , this is a shame ,has any one got the stock voltages for most of this stuff? and if some one has the default voltage for a q9450 that would be great.

I do notice there is a vdrop so cpuz tells me something differant to the bios, what should I believe?
