i like the way nvidia board clocks RAM and FSB as well

Anybody has used a ratio 1:1 with a Conroe-L without Ram's problems?

I have read that the CPU with FSB800 (Celeron S 420, 430, 440, E21X0) works bad with some motherboards, generally the vm editions when you select the ratio 1:1 (if is possible select it on bios).
The Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R works well with other CPU but with CPU FSB800 not
I'm going to buy a Asus P5E-VM (hdmi) for use with my Celeron S 430 and I want select ratio 1:1 on bios for use Kingston DDR2-800 memory and overclock the cpu @ 400x9 or 400x8.
I haven't bought the motherboard yet, Can anybody recomended me other motherboard??
