They tell you how to do it in the manual. Just don't lose the extra screws they sent along with the board to help hold the NB sink on.

Another driver update for the onboard Realtek 8111B/C LAN chip, dated April 29th:

Also no real problems with it either, so cant be all wrong.

    and by the way..
The water cooling is thermaltake, came with the case. The backplate has some sticky pad under it, so it's stuck to the mobo, but we'd actually like to turn it ninety degrees (we didn't realise we could do this at the time:P), since it's making contact between two solderings on the backside of the board. We prevented contact by sticking some lil thin piece of plastic between the backplate and one of the solderings. But it's pretty much stuck, and we have no clue how to remove it without damaging the board.

    Anyone?
Okay, so with a lot of blowdrying and prying with plastic tireirons, we finally got it off. The metal that was in contact with the soldering, got so warm that it actually meltet this soldering a bit, which worried me. The adhesive in between the board and the bracket was not very heat conductive, so it was only at the places where it touched the solderings we had some serious heat issues. But well, the board worked fine after, and we replaced it with a plastic zalman 775 backplate, which is much much better. For some reason, the NB heatsink is no longer burning either, this could be because we added an 80mm fan (standing loose on graphicscard)... but its just SO much cooler, so I doubt that was the only reason.

Anyway its all good now. So word of advice:

DO NOT take off the protective film between adhesive and motherboard when mounting thermaltake watercooling. There is no advantage of this... unless you consider a permanent huge metal backplate an advantage.

What's wrong with the bios's that you've seen? I tried F7b and F7f and haven't seen any issues with either one. If the changes are transparent to the end user, I would think they are doing their jobs, no?
