i like it that ASUS is using black PCBs...but their boards are getting massive heatpipes on them.

I refuse to participate in any debate with creationists because doing so would give them the "oxygen of respectability" that they want.
Creationists don't mind being beaten in an argument. What matters to them is that I give them recognition by bothering to argue with them in public.

hehe, I used to use Asus exclusively until I got my current MSI board, and I got converted to MSI o.O

I'm just a sucker for the cool shiny copper pipes.

The Deluxe version looks good though, but MSI should be able deliver that kind of passive cooling on a lower priced board.

I have some scoops, hope it's not a repost!

First Asus ROG Maximus II Formula picture (note the 2 phases on the memory and the 3 phases on the chipset):

The included Supreme FX with X-Fi chip. (The only downside is that it only supports EAX HD 4.0):

Asus P5Q picture including all features:

    And some priceless Gigashyte bashing!

There is more info about the Asus P45 Line-up at PCGamesHardware. Remember that there is more info on the next page and in the Image Gallery.

And ASUS is right, Gigabyte design is not a true 12 phase design.

    Fixed.

If you can believe it, when I was typing that originally, I said to myself to make sure not to type P5K.

Lol they did the same if I recall correctly with P5K dlx from Asus... and indeed everyone agreed that gigabyte faked their 12 power phase design... lol some guys beat me to it
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

hahahah Gigabyte's gonna have a laugh when they read this
they are probably feeling a bit of pressure as they are losing ground on them otherwise they wouldn't introduce all these new changes to their boards to counter GB hahahah

I wish they didn't go down this path as it will soon start to be more about bling than board itself
both Gigabyte and Asus need to take a step back a bit imo

what they all need to do is respond with good pricing and not this crap
