Agreed, my last quad had a vid of 1.355 and the max was 3.6GHz@1.55volts my new quad ( thanks Zen ) has a VID of 1.225 and can hit 4.0GHZ easy
3.825GHz requires only 1.45 volts. and 3.6GHz requires 1.38 Volts, hard to argue that.
