well not sure what i have updated installed or got right in the bios but im not gona touch another setting im @ 2.94 i have an rma number for both cpu and motherboard. but seems that some how i finaly got it right on.



Edit: got it upto 3010 last night and all still stable. 1.425 volts. 41c idle 55 load. tonight i will try to lower the volts some more. at the lower sppeds with less volts it seemd i would have a 10 degree swing in temps. 14-15 degree might still be ok. but i think if i get the volts down a little more i should be able to bring that load temp down just a little more.
