Nuckin - can you post all of your CMOS settings for the 4GHz machine?

I've currently got "standard" PC2-8500 in my machine (I removed the Ballistix due to incompatibility issues). Will I have any problem configuring the RAM to work with 4GHz?

Also, can you quickly explain why the RAM settings need to be adjusted to work with the 4GHz settings?
